Ahhhh, much better! How is it that a kid can do this - by the way, courtesy of his "friends", go out in public (Target), act like an idiot and not be embarrassed? That is exactly what he did. He even attended a party later that night with his unique "Do".

I remember the day Casey "graduated" from the 6th grade. I put it in quotes, because honestly, GRADUATED? From the 6th grade? What does that even mean??? So I let him wear his hair in 6-inch-long punk spikes running from the middle of his forehead to the back. He looked pretty bizarre, but I didn't care. I mean, he wasn't doing drugs or anything, right? Holding up a liquor store? Knocking up a girl behind the junior high? Nope. None of those. It's just hair.
But it was pretty funny sitting there at "graduation" and hearing other parents around me say, "Who on earth would let their son go to graduation with his hair like that???"
Me, that's who.
